- Can I register at a store location for the Resolution Run®?

Resolution Run® registration is only available online.  It is one of our most popular events that sells out early.  Registration for each locations is limited so we encourage members to register early.


- What is the new Rapid registration feature about?

Resolution Run® features the Running Room’s new Mobile Rapid-Registration process.  By making mobile payment optional, we allow you to reserve your spot unpaid until you complete the full registration process online (where you will also make your secure payment).

Please note rapid registration only reserves the space you have to complete the registration process in 3 days!

- Is there a Charity for the Resolution Run®?

Each location has chosen a charity that the event will benefit.  This is displayed on the “Event Info” page when you select your location.


- I registered online and want to raise funds for the charity, but I can’t find my fundraising page.

Contact the Resolution Run® team and we can review your profile and registration to make sure they are associated to your profile.


- I registered online but I did not receive a confirmation email.

Contact the Resolution Run® team and we can review your registration for confirmation that you did register, and resend the confirmation email to you.  You should also see that you whitelist the emails from the Running Room; we cover this in our help menu here.


- I registered online but cannot see myself on the race confirmation list.

If you have selected be hidden from the confirmation list during the registration process you will not appear on the confirmation list, and your name will not appear in the “Pledge an Athlete” search results.  Please contact the Resolution Run® team and they can review your race registration and ‘un-hide’ your name.


- Are strollers allowed?

Yes, but for safety reasons, we ask that they stay towards the back of the group.

- Can I bring my dog to this event?

While we don't actively encourage anyone to bring their dog to this event, and in some cases the park that hosts the event prohibits animals, any dogs that are running with their owners should be on a leash and are the full responsibility of the owner.


- Is the Resolution Run® an officially timed event, with results posted online?

No, Resolution Run® is a fun run without official timing.


- I am not sure what size of Jacket I wear.  Can I see a sample of the Jacket and try it on before I register?

We have a sizing chart posted on the Awards Page – Click here to view the sizing chart.

Samples will be available in Running Room locations for members to try on mid-October. 

We urge you to register early as sizes are limited and tend to sell out quickly.


- I ordered the wrong Jacket Size. Can I change or exchange it?

If sizes are available we can change your selection; however, if the size you request is not available we will not be able to accommodate your request.  Jacket sizes are not permitted once online registration closes, under any circumstance, and we do not offer exchanges after the event.


- What is the distance of the Resolution Run?

All listed locations will host a 5km Fun Run/Walk.  Some location may also offer other distances, such as a 1km or 10km.
